About the Author
Kathy Price is a published poet, musician, and an early music specialist in Manhattan and Brooklyn nursery schools. She’s also a storyteller who presents Afro-Caribbean folklore, songs and games in a performance called Jambo! World Music for Children in libraries and museums all around New York City, where she lives. The Bourbon Street Musicians is her first book.
